**Key Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in programming, testing, or requirements gathering before transitioning to project management roles.
- 2-4 years of experience with Agile methodologies, including at least 1 year as a Scrum Master.
- Proficiency in using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, SSM, or similar) is required.
- Preferred: Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and ability to implement them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business team members.
- A proactive learner who thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
