Role Description:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead our Micro-teams and drive the success of our agile transformation. You will work closely with both human team members and AI-powered tools to facilitate smooth project execution and continuous improvement. We’re looking for a Scrum Master who thrives in an agile environment and sees AI and digital tools as key collaborators in optimizing team workflows and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a servant-leader to multiple Micro-teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate dependencies and resolve challenges within and across teams.
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is ready for sprint planning (using tools like Jira).
  • Facilitate productive Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospectives, and Business Demos.
  • Ensure the team is adhering to Scrum principles and continuously improving through retrospectives.
  • Identify and communicate blockers to Product Managers, ensuring timely resolution and schedule management.
  • Track and remind team members to update tasks in Jira and manage the approvals process.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track project timelines, KPIs, and any interruptions or re-prioritizations.
  • Perform regular risk/issue analysis to proactively mitigate challenges.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
  • Explore ways to leverage AI tools to enhance Scrum processes and optimize team performance.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and ceremonies.
  • Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira) for backlog management, sprint planning, and task tracking.
  • Comfortable working with AI-driven tools to optimize processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to track and analyze KPIs to ensure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
  • Experience onboarding and training new team members.
  • Familiarity with risk/issue analysis and project management best practices.
