Sales Operations Manager
As a Sales Operations Manager with the Renata Brand of the Swatch Group US., the position will be responsible to support the function of the business by managing the areas of sales planning, pricing, reporting, order maintenance, shipping/receiving, point-of-sale, inventory, operating budgets/invoicing/expenses.
This is a office-based position, Monday through Friday.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily sales operations, order processing, and customer deliveries via SAP.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and production for accurate, timely fulfillment.
Monitor inventory, lead times, and shipping schedules; validate order accuracy.
Maintain product data and part numbers in SAP.
Lead process improvements in the order-to-cash cycle.
Ensure data integrity across ERP systems and support system updates.
Oversee compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
Supervise and train the Customer Service Team on systems and processes.
Align team performance with operational goals.
Collaborate with RSMs to compile and analyze sales forecasts.
Generate and distribute sales reports (e.g., Flash, Channel, Account Trends, Budgets).
Track sales volume against open orders and deliveries.
Support product pricing aligned with margin targets.
Implement and communicate price changes across departments.
Maintain price lists and manage marketing budgets with RSMs.
Assist with account setup, closures, and credit approvals.
Monitor credit holds and facilitate timely order releases.
Provide delivery tracking and customer support as needed.
Plan and execute trade shows and promotional events.
Manage promotional inventory and materials.
Analyze stock and place purchase orders in SAP.
Coordinate availability and delivery of backordered products.
