Job Description
Title: Ruby On Rails developer
Location: Fully remote in USA
Duration: Long term contract
Description:
- Ruby on Rails proficiency, including professional experience. (Current versions: Ruby 1.9.3 and 2.2.0 and Ruby on Rails 3.2 and 4.2.0)
- Proficiency with Ext.js - JavaScript Single Page Application framework (current version used: 4.1.3)
- PostgreSQL
- Comfort with modern web architecture
- Strong communication skills
- Experience supporting and coding with API/Webhooks is a plus
- Ubuntu
Good to have :
- A little bit of knowledge of how the facility maintenance industry works
- Knowledge about how Facilities Exchange works, and what problems we are trying to solve
- Knowledge about specific integration that Facilities Exchange has, such as:
- QuickBooks
- Service Channel
- Email Parsing
- Fexa Integration
- Jaspersoft Reports
- How it works, and how our application feeds data to it.
- Twilio
