Job Description

Title: Ruby On Rails developer

Location: Fully remote in USA

Duration: Long term contract

Description:

• Ruby on Rails proficiency, including professional experience. (Current versions: Ruby 1.9.3 and 2.2.0 and Ruby on Rails 3.2 and 4.2.0)
• Proficiency with Ext.js - JavaScript Single Page Application framework (current version used: 4.1.3)
• PostgreSQL
• Comfort with modern web architecture
• Strong communication skills
• Experience supporting and coding with API/Webhooks is a plus
• Ubuntu

Good to have :

• A little bit of knowledge of how the facility maintenance industry works
• Knowledge about how Facilities Exchange works, and what problems we are trying to solve
• Knowledge about specific integration that Facilities Exchange has, such as:
• QuickBooks
• Service Channel
• Email Parsing
• Fexa Integration
• Jaspersoft Reports
• How it works, and how our application feeds data to it.
• Twilio
