**Job Description**
Works on construction projects, usually working in utility capacity, by transferring from one task to another where demands require a worker with varied experience and ability to work without close supervision by performing the following duties.
**Responsibilities**
+ Loading and unloading tools or raw materials
+ Assembles scaffolding or other pieces of equipment.
+ Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
+ Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
+ Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties
+ Applies caulking compounds by hand or with caulking gun to seal crevices.
+ Cuts and strips/install insulation on piping.
+ Other related duties may be assigned.
+ This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Minimum one (1) year directly related experience.
+ Must be able to obtain ACM certification within six (6) months of employment.
+ Driver's License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy preferred.
_Individuals working under this contract will be exposed to and handling Asbestos Containing Material (ACM). As a result, all workers will be part of the medical surveillance program. The company-paid Baseline Asbestos physical includes chest x-ray with B-Reader, PFT, respiratory clearance, and basic physical. Those individuals that have previously worked with asbestos, will be required to have an exit exam from their prior employer before the baseline exam can be conducted by NANA Construction._

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and extreme cold. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

§Must be able to pass fit test to wear a respirator.
Language Skills:
Ability to read a limited number of two-and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers print and speak simple sentences.
Mathematical Skills:
The ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers: and to multiply and divide; with 10's and 100's. Can calculate, using non-metric units of weight, measurement, volume, and distance, to perform operations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situation.
