Job Title: RN, Manager Radiology / Medical Imaging

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Base Salary: $180,000 $210,000 per year

Job Summary

HireNow Staffing is seeking an experienced RN, Manager Radiology / Medical Imaging to oversee a large unit or multiple units providing ambulatory services in Santa Rosa, CA . This role involves developing and maintaining clinical practice standards, budgets, and staff development to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large unit or multiple units providing ambulatory radiology/medical imaging services.
• Develop and maintain clinical practice standards and budgets.
• Oversee staff development and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure adherence to the Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies.
• Foster a collaborative environment within a Labor/Management Partnership setting.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in management/leadership roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelors degree in Nursing or a health-related field.
• Active Registered Nurse License (California) .
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

• PALS, PEARS, and/or ACLS certifications may be required for specific departments.
• Knowledge of Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in an outpatient care setting.
• Clinical specialization in area of practice.
• Masters degree preferred.
