RN First Assistant (RNFA) in our Operating Rooms at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. Full-time position available working 10-hour Day shifts.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, this position is responsible for assisting the primary surgeon pre, intra, and post operatively with organized instruction and supervised practice. Acts in absence of qualified physician.

Required Qualifications:
Successful completion of a course in RN First Assisting.
California Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
3 years experience in peri-operative nursing practice as both scrub and circulator.
