DESCRIPTION
Amazon’s Global Transportation & Logistics Team is looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to support the reverse logistics transportation of IT assets across various programs to include returns, site closures, and recycling. This is an exciting opportunity to make history by becoming a member of a team whose purpose is to solve complex logistics challenges and create unprecedented customer experiences on a daily basis. This role will require working with business teams across the company and around the world to figure out supply chain solutions for new products/programs and existing operations.

Be accountable for meeting and exceeding operational goals and performance metrics.
Convey updates on issues, operational status and business drivers during shift changes as needed throughout the activity cycle and during daily/weekly/monthly reviews.
Manage multi-regional reverse logistics requests daily.
Ensure up to date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis are available and maintained, internally and externally.
Eliminate any roadblocks to ensure on time service with maximum value working with various groups including operations, supply chain, finance, transportation, legal, procurement.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or equivalent
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- 2+ years in fulfillment and transportation
- Organized and capable of handling high volumes of communication via various methods.
