About

You will be supporting the High Impact Ventures management team, a startup studio/growth accelerator and portfolio of companies ranging from AI, content creation software, SaaS to travel-related and ecotourism, conservation and wellness companies. The team, originally from San Francisco/Silicon Valley is expanding the team remotely.

Responsibilities

• Supports the client directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, project coordination and assisting with various tasks.
• Support for Customer Success and Operators
• Able to successfully work with others, and unsupervised.
• Provides administrative support as needed.
• Research, data entry
• Prepare for appointments, coordinates schedules, and can do event coordination and implementation successfully.
• Social media review/editing
• Other content review/editing
• General marketing support
  
• Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
  
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in administrative support
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• High Attention to Detail and Proactive Nature
• Proactive and always thinking ahead in terms of problem solving
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
• Must have excellent communication
• Friendly, personable, people-oriented
