A & A Window Products in Detroit, MI is looking for an experienced Documents Controller to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Documents Controller, you'll play a key role in managing and maintaining our documentation systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.. We are located on 3926 Harrold, Detroit, Mi. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant documentation systems
• Control and coordinate document revisions, approvals, and distributions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
• Collaborate with teams to develop, review, and approve documentation
• Implement and maintain document management systems and processes
• Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in document control or a related field
• Strong knowledge of document management systems and processes
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
