Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist – In-Home | Durham, NC

Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | $21.50 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience & certification)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) bring compassion, structure, and expertise into children’s daily routines through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We’re seeking an experienced RBT to provide in-home ABA services for a client in Durham, NC , working one-on-one to help the child build communication, independence, and confidence.

Position Highlights

  • Setting: In-home ABA therapy (Durham, NC area)
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Status: Full-time
  • Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Pay Range: $21.50 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the client’s home
  • Follow individualized treatment and behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect and record data accurately using digital tools
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers and the BCBA to track progress
  • Provide consistent, compassionate support that promotes learning and skill development

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
  • At least one year of ABA experience providing in-home services (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Reliable transportation and professional, dependable work ethic
  • Strong communication and data-collection skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to quality care
