Registered Behavior Technician (FT)
Work implementing ABA treatment plans, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Priority is given to those who have an RBT certification under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Must love children and have a passion for helping them reach their full potential and live happy, healthy and productive lives. $1,000 sign on bonus offered (only for those with current RBT). We are a close knit group of professionals that work together as a team. Pay is dependent upon training, education and level of experience. Pay increases are available. Individuals with no experience will be considered with the right background, but training will be completed at a differential pay rate.
