Job Title: Red Cyber Operator
Location:  Ft. Belvoir / Lorton, VA - Onsite Role
Type: Direct Perm / Salaried
Clearance Required : Top Secret

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to support a mission-critical cyber red team, conducting offensive cyber operations and adversary emulation against enterprise and operational networks. Operators engage in hands-on red team assessments, penetration testing, command-and-control operations, and social engineering campaigns to identify and exploit real-world vulnerabilities.  This is a multi-year delivery order , and is a direct hire, onsite in Ft. Belvoir / Lorton, VA.

Required Qualifications :

• Top Secret Clearance
• 3+ years' experience as a Red Cyber Operator and experience conducting cyber red team assessments, offensive cyber operations, or significant penetration testing.
• Hands-on experience with commercial or custom Command & Control (C2) frameworks , including Cobalt Strike , during red team or offensive cyber operations
• Must hold an IAT Level III certification as defined and described in DoDD 8570.01, 8570.01-M, 8140.01-03, and as amended
• Must pass the DTRA Cyber Assessment Red Team (DCART) operator aptitude test before joining DCART as an Operator.
• Minimum of 2+ years Offensive Cyber experience, DoD Cyber Red Team Experience, or corporate Red Team experience.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience operating and customizing Cobalt Strike , including beacon configuration, payload customization, and C2 infrastructure management
• Expertise in Command & Control tradecraft , including evasion of defensive controls, infrastructure design, and operational security
• Red Team Apprentice Course (RTAC), Red Team Journeyman Course (RTJC), Certified Red Team Operator (CRTO) certification, Offensive Security, Rogue Ops- Red Team 1 (ROPS), Certified Professional (OSCP), Global Information Assurance Certification, (GIAC) Exploit Researcher & Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN), GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN), and/or GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAP)
• Expertise in antivirus evasion, EDR evasion, offensive infrastructure, phishing and social engineering campaigns, and/or penetration testing of critical infrastructure, networking, IoT, and wireless devices.
