- This position is on-site based in Odessa, TX. Occasional travel to multiple Atlas sites and locations may be required.
How You Will Make an Impact As a
Recruiting Coordinator , you will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of recruiters, supporting key aspects of the hiring process such as candidate outreach, phone screenings, managing employee files, and overseeing all pre-hire requirements.
We're seeking a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and excels at multitasking to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations.
- Reading and understanding resumes relating to multiple job descriptions
- Responsible for reviewing resumes within a job posting
- Completing multiple phone calls, a day regarding applications in various job postings
- Phone screening entry-level positions
- Initiating and completing all pre-hire requirements, ie background, physical, and drug screening
- Following up with candidates to ensure all pre-hire requirements are completed before the hire date
- Creating employee files and saving all necessary files to the employee files
- Responsible for working closely with a recruiting team, helping fill various roles in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for communicating all orientation schedules and locations to EHS Training team and new hire
Minimum Qualifications - Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow recruiting processes end-to-end
- Ability to keep items confidential
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
