What You'll Do:

Engage with potential sellers, follow up on leads, and assess property values

Analyze comparable properties, estimate repair costs, and determine market value

Negotiate and finalize property acquisitions and sales

Conduct due diligence and prepare contracts for approval

Present offers to homeowners and guide them through the sales process

Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth closings

About You:

4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success

Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales performers in previous roles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas through phone-based sales

Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred, but not required)
