A day in this role

You arrive, suit up, and enter the cleanroom. At your bench, a microscope, precision tweezers, and trays await. Guided by SOPs, you move quartz crystal resonators through defined production steps, checking each component with a steady hand and loading finished parts onto trays without a scratch or drop. Alongside teammates, you keep quality high and output on target.

What you will do

• Process quartz crystal resonators through multiple cleanroom production stages.
• Use tweezers to handle and assemble tiny parts under a microscope with exceptional care.
• Load completed pieces onto trays with zero loss or damage.
• Follow detailed SOPs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Technical school graduate a plus.
• Basic reading, writing, and math (addition and subtraction).
• Clear verbal communication with teammates and supervisors.
• Steady hands and strong hand–eye coordination for micro-assembly work.
• High attention to detail; quality-first mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team setting.

You should be proficient in:

• Soldering

Backgrounds that translate well

Experience working with watch crystals or handling diamond jewelry often maps well to the precision and delicacy of this role.
