Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure each shipment bound to Fly Ace Corporation conforms to company's set standard.Plan his/her sampling schedule of inspection based on the shipment schedule.Conducts pre-shipment inspection of the finished product in the factory after product incubation prior loading of the shipment.Discuss evaluation result to the plant operation and recommend necessary corrective action.Conducts random inspection during container loading.Prepares product evaluation reports per lot and submit them to manager.Submits inspection report within seven (7) days upon inspection of each lot or batch.Work with the factory in doing complain verification.Verify effectiveness of factory’s corrective action and preventive action.Coordinates and assists in resolving issues involving non-compliance of product standards.As necessary, educate and instruct plant personnel/QA personnel in recommended quality control testing, equipment sanitation and general sanitation and housekeeping practices.Conduct Supplier Performance Review and reports to the manager.Immediately inform GSQA – Manila on any changes in the scheduled shipment and alteration on the assigned supplier.Other task that may be assigned by the superio
