Description Jackie Meza with Robert Half is searching for a meticulous Property Accountant to be a part of a team in Stockton, California, United States. The Property Accountant will be primarily tasked with handling customer financial transactions, ensuring accurate record keeping, and addressing customer queries. Responsibilities: - Oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable. - Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. - Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements. - Uphold GAAP accounting principles in all financial transactions. - Ensure accuracy in accrual accounting procedures. - Handle account reconciliation activities. - Respond to and resolve customer financial inquiries. - Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions when needed. Requirements - Possess proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management - Demonstrated expertise in Accrual Accounting - Proficient in Account Reconciliation processes and procedures - In-depth knowledge of the General Ledger - Ability to prepare and analyze Monthly Financial Statements - Solid understanding of GAAP Accounting - Familiarity with fundamental Accounting Principles Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
