Job Description

Part Time - 20 hours per week.
4 month contract - May be extended briefly but this is a short term contract to assist with an integration project.


This worker will be assisting the team with integrations from Veeva to Mac
Experience level - 3-5 years of experience
Previous experience managing contracting and invoicing.
Nice to have technical skills: Veeva Volt, Mac, C3 processes.


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager candidate with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates should have strong understanding of how to support the HCP and Consumer marketing teams with a proven track record of managing complex projects.


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support the marketing team through managing projects, as well as facilitating coordination and communication within the department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


This position will report to a Marketing Director within the Rare Disease Business Unit.
