The Farmer's Table Restaurant is a scratch, Farm to Table, Full Service Restaurant, located in Historic Downtown Medina. We are seeking Kitchen Prep employees who are attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Follow and prepare recipes
• Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
• Basic cooking functions such as sauté, and preparing sauces
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and listen to team members
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience as a Prep Cook required
• Ability to lift boxes of potatoes or flour sacks
