We are hiring for the position of Prep Cook
These roles assist To produce all assigned prep items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company. Working with a small team of 4-5 prep cooks in the mornings is part of the responsibility of the prep cook.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily shift management, including labour controls and line check systems
Oversee all revenue periods and preparation and management of fresh made prep recipes
Management of prep charts ensuring freshness, shelf life and proper food safe practices are controlled
To produce all assigned prep items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company.
Broiler cook responsible for preparing a variety of cuts to the guest's specification.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE * Excellent high volume culinary production skills
Team leadership in highly engaged kitchen area
Execution of revenue periods
Seeking experienced broiler cook, full time evenings with competitive pay in the Uptown Dallas market
