**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a full-time Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Team Lead (REMOTE) to join our team. The SIU Team Lead will oversee a team of SIU coordinators, manage schedules, coordinate and prepare assignments for field investigators, and monitor their progress. This role involves reviewing and editing written reports and recordings to ensure quality and accuracy. The Team Lead will also update and communicate with clients, create invoices, monitor costs, and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services. Additionally, this position will involve training new coordinators and liaising with other departments to provide file updates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage a team of SIU coordinators by scheduling, coordinating, preparing, and monitoring assignments for field investigators.
- Document findings and draft summary reports.
- Review and edit written reports and recordings to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Communicate with clients, create invoices, monitor costs, and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services.
- Train new coordinators and collaborate with other departments to provide updates to files.

**Qualifications:**

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing, investigating, or adjusting liability, property casualty, disability, or workers' compensation claims.
- Skills: Attention to detail, quick-thinking, research, and leadership.
- Bonus: Fluency in both Spanish and English.
