This position offers a balanced 4-day workweek, with mentorship opportunities to contribute to professional growth. Practice Details:We offer a collaborative environment with available mentorship for newly-graduated residency candidates Clinic focuses on adult and geriatric patients and offers specialized care for diabetes patients due to high need in the area.Schedule:4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts Phone call only with a 1:4 rotation, taken 1 week per month Very light with 0-5 calls per weekCompensation and Benefits:Starting salary of $350,000 with a $100,000 Sign-on/Relocation bonus paid upon execution of contract (Must sign a 5-year agreement for the $100k)Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 7 weeks of PTO, 401k with 5% employer match, CME allowance and reimbursement, and FSA Annual CME reimbursement of $5,000 plus reimbursement for DEA, professional fees, and licensure up to $2,5007 weeks of PTO plus 6 days of paid holiday timeLifestyle Spending Account of $800 per year, including additional wellness programs and incentives Tuition reimbursement program available with up to $5,250 per yearMalpractice with tail coverage and more!Location: This community is centrally located to Phoenix or San Diego, but also within a few hours' drive of Las Vegas, Sedona, Big Bear, Orange County, CA and Tucson, to name a few.
