Phone and Tablet Repair Technician – Join the Invisible Armor Inc. Team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform phone, smartwatch, macbook and tablet repairs (screens, batteries, ports, etc.)
• Help customers with questions, purchases, and service check-ins
• Assist with in-store and online sales (OfferUp, Marketplace, etc.)
• Take photos and post products on online platforms
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
• Stay up to date on device models and repair techniques
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver great customer service
• Support the team with day-to-day store tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in a phone or tablet repair store
• Confident in performing screen, battery, and charging port replacements for major brands like Apple and Samsung
• MacBook repair experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong sales skills with the ability to clearly explain products and close sales
• Comfortable assisting customers both in-store and online in both Spanish and English
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow repair and listing procedures accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and open availability
• Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Note: One of our store locations is inside a mall, so all team members must be comfortable working during mall business hours, which include nights, weekends, and most holidays.
