Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

A compassionate and dedicated Pediatric SLPA is needed for a clinician-owned private practice focused on personalized speech-language and myofunctional therapy services for children. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of experts in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Clinic-based, in person
• Salary: $47K-$49K/year, depending on experience
• Work Week: 4 days (Monday-Thursday)
• Mentorship & Development: Ongoing training and support

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and delivering individualized therapy plans to meet each child’s needs, collaborating with senior SLPs.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy to support speech-language development.
• Track client progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Work with the child’s care team to support holistic development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest practices.

Qualifications:

• Active or pending Maryland SLPA license (new grads with pediatric experience are welcome to apply)
• Availability to work after school hours (at least 3 afternoons per week)
• A genuine commitment to helping children achieve their communication goals
• An energetic, warm personality with a passion for building positive relationships with kids and families
