About Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy:

Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy is a mobile pediatric practice made up of passionate, licensed Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists. We provide therapy in children’s natural environments-homes, schools, and daycares-throughout Palm Beach County. Our mission is to combine clinical expertise with genuine connection, offering family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care that celebrates each child’s strengths.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who values flexibility, independence, and meaningful work. You’ll have the freedom to create your own schedule while providing therapy that truly makes a difference in children’s daily lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support generalization and carryover.
• Use a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach to meet each child where they are.
• Offer caregiver education and practical strategies that fit real-life routines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working with children (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Compassionate, creative, and self-motivated clinician.
• Background or training in Sensory Integration or sensory processing (preferred).

Additional Details:

• This is a mobile position-sessions take place in homes, schools, and community settings.
• We do not have a physical clinic location.
