We are seeking a summer 2026 legal intern to join our team in Everett, WA! This intern will assist with patent portfolio management. The ideal candidate is a current law student with a physics, electrical engineering, or computer science background and a passion for patent law who Is looking for an in-house patent law experience. Fluke Corporation has a large global portfolio of patents for professional test, measurement, and monitoring tools and software, and the summer intern would assist us in cataloging these patents and mapping them to Fluke commercial products. **Requirements** : + Current law school student with coursework in patent law, graduating December 2026 or later (the ideal candidate is a rising 3L law student or LL.M. student) + US Patent Bar membership strongly preferred + Undergraduate degree in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science + Experience with using AI tools + Ability to work on-site in Everett, WA Tues-Thurs each week, with remote work on other days **Fortive Corporation Overview** Fortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
