Meaning ‘village’ in Hebrew, K’Far will be an Israeli restaurant, bar, and café inspired by the food, energy and warmth of Israeli bakeries. Following the smashing success of their first collaboration, Laser Wolf - Brooklyn, CooknSolo restaurants and Boka Restaurant Group bring this exciting and delicious concept to New York.
K'Far will offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with dishes first experienced by Chef Mike Solomonov at his very first kitchen job outside of Tel Aviv, K’Far Saba, K’Far’s menu will feature Israeli pastries – such as borekas with Bulgarian feta, chocolate rugelach, and babka – a lunch menu of salads, grain bowls, toasts made with traditional Yemenite Kubaneh bread and pressed Jerusalem Bagel sandwiches – with an equally versatile and exciting new dinner menu, encapsulating the many cultures that inspire modern Israeli cuisine. Beverage-wise, K'Far will offer a full coffee drink menu and cocktails with nods to Isreal.
