Immediately Hiring: Parts Finishing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fine paint touch-up on parts to ensure a flawless finish and meet quality standards.
• Remove masking and address any imperfections on painted surfaces before quality inspection.
• Sand, buff, and mask products as needed to prepare them for painting or finishing.
• Buff or polish imperfections to meet workmanship and industry standards.
• Follow all DG safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Knowledge and experience with sanding and filling processes (priming and painting experience is a plus).
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Ability to work long periods wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Physical ability to lift, reach, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Regularly required to stand, sit, and move around the facility.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
