Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Marketing

20 hours per week | Flexible Schedule with Weekly Meeting | CST Time Zone

The Role

We’re looking for a creative and driven Part-Time Virtual Assistant to take full ownership of social media presence and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a strategic social media plan, create engaging content, and help grow community engagement and membership through consistent online activity.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning – Develop a monthly content plan aligned with events, programs, and growth goals.

Content Creation – Design high-quality graphics in Canva, edit short-form videos, and write compelling captions that reflect a positive and engaging brand tone.

Platform Management – Manage and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, and soon YouTube and TikTok, ensuring consistent posting and interaction.

Video Editing – Edit and format videos for social media, including highlights, spotlights, and promotional content.

Engagement Tracking – Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve reach and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Character & Work Ethic – Upbeat, supportive, detail-oriented, creative, and proactive. Someone who takes initiative, owns their role, and thinks strategically about marketing.

Skills & Tools – Proficient in Canva and Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram. Experience with YouTube and TikTok content creation is a plus.

English Proficiency – 10/10 fluency; able to write and communicate clearly and professionally.

Experience – Prior social media management experience preferred.

Work Style – Able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating in weekly meetings.

Schedule & Availability

Hours: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week.

Meetings: Tuesdays at 10:30 AM CST (mandatory).

Flexibility: Other work hours are flexible, provided deadlines and posting schedules are met.
