Position Overview: We are seeking a Part-Time Auto Dealer Shuttle Driver to join our team at Autohaus BMW. As a shuttle driver, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience by safely transporting clients to and from the dealership, ensuring they have a smooth and positive service experience. Key Responsibilities: * Safely transport customers to and from the dealership, including local homes, businesses, or other locations. * Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times when interacting with customers and fellow employees. * Ensure that the shuttle vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. * Follow all safety and traffic regulations while operating the vehicle. * Assist customers with any questions they may have during transport. * Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the Service Manager. * Assist with light administrative duties, such as scheduling rides or tracking shuttle logs. * Assist Service Team with other driving assignments as needed. Qualifications: * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Ability to pass a background check. * Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours. * Ability to lift up to 20 lbs when necessary. * Professional appearance and attitude. * Previous driving or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
