POSITION – Order Picker

JOB LOCATION – Belgium, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Monday & Tuesday: 8:00am to 3:00pm; Wednesday through Friday: 7:00am to 3:00pm; Saturday work available

STARTING PAY – $20 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – No prior experience required

As an order picker, you will be responsible for selecting and preparing customer orders in a refrigerated warehouse environment kept at 34 degrees . This position requires working on your feet, repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds, and staying focused to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and stage orders according to customer requirements
• Move and stack products in preparation for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work effectively in a cold storage facility at 34 degrees

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working in a cold environment (34 degrees)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• No prior experience needed—training provided
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
