Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgeon to join our private practice team The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in surgical procedures and patient care, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services. This role requires a strong background in anatomy and medical documentation, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our team. Averaging > 300 new patients a month.

Duties

Perform surgical procedures with precision and care, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.
Conduct pre-operative assessments and consultations to determine the best course of action for each patient.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation throughout the surgical process.
Implement aseptic techniques to prevent infection during surgeries.
Collaborate with dental professionals for procedures involving dental extractions and fabrication.
Provide post-operative care and follow-up to monitor patient recovery and address any complications.
Educate patients on surgical procedures, risks, and post-operative care instructions.
Skills

Strong patient care skills, with a focus on empathy and effective communication.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques relevant to surgical practices.
Knowledge of dental office protocols, particularly in relation to oral surgery.
Expertise in aseptic technique to ensure safe surgical environments.
Familiarity with four-handed dentistry practices for enhanced efficiency during procedures.
Ability to maintain comprehensive medical documentation and manage medical records effectively.
In-depth understanding of human anatomy to inform surgical decisions.
Experience with dental extractions and fabrication processes is advantageous.
This position is essential for delivering high-quality surgical care, requiring a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach towards patients.
