Operations Manager – Senior Level
Position Type:  Full-time
Location to choose from:  Pentagon, Mark Ctr., Suffolk Bldg.
Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Positions Available: 14 FTEs

We are seeking experienced Senior  Level Operations Managers to oversee and enhance daily operational performance in support of mission-focused objectives. Candidates will play a key role in improving efficiency, ensuring adherence to standards, and supporting long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations with a focus on improving performance and achieving strategic goals.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify improvement areas and recommend efficiency and productivity enhancements.
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs, monitor processes or service quality, and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to improve team effectiveness and engagement.
• Support the development and execution of long-term operational strategies aligned with broader OUSD(R&E) objectives.
• Establish and track KPIs, analyze operational data, and generate reports for senior leadership.
• Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or technical discipline (e.g., Science, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • Four (4) years of specialized experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Ten (10) years of experience as an Operations Manager.
• Advanced program management education or certification preferred.
• Active TS/SCI eligibility.
