Job Description



The Operations Director, Fresh Cut Produce is responsible for leading the launch, and ongoing management of our fresh cut produce initiative across all franchise locations. This role will set operational standards, ensure food safety compliance, partner with supply chain and support franchisees in implementing a profitable, consistent, and high-quality fresh cut produce program.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize daily operations, set performance objectives, and evaluate operational performance to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement long-term operational strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Manage regional budgets, control costs, and prepare operational and financial reports.
  • Act as a primary resource for franchisees, ensuring they adhere to company standards, provide excellent customer service, and achieve compliance with health, safety, and brand procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Ensure all company standards, procedures, and regulatory and quality standards are met, including specific requirements like safety logs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, finance, logistics, or in a related field
  • At least 10 years’ sourcing experience in a food or retail, fast paced industry
  • Strong technical skills including analytical and strategic thinking
  • Superb leadership and communication skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills (GAP preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to develop, promote, and maintain strategic sourcing relationships (25%)
  • Strong grasp of Hana Group standards, mission and core values

All corporate positions are required to work onsite at the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.

Additional Information



Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 Annually
