Summary: 
RWDY Inc is seeking a recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring employees for open positions.  A successful recruiter is able to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the company’s recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, software programs, recruiting platforms, social media, etc
• Filtering candidates and conducting interviews for open positions
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude
• Growing a strong talent pipeline
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Onboarding new employees
• Provide analytical recruiting reports to the management team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Background in Human Resources and Recruiting
• Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
• 3-5 years of work experience as a recruiter (Oil & Gas or Trade recruiting preferred)
• Strong ability to schedule, conduct, and follow up on interviews
• Hands on experience with recruiting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
