Office Manager Skill Set for Associate Marketing Manager Position Location Littleton, CO (Heritage area) :

Associate Marketing Manager with Office Manager skill set.

This is an at-home position with a quarterly, all-company meeting in SE Denver. Applicants must live in Colorado.

The Associate Marketing Manager plays a key role within our Search Engine Marketing team. Primary responsibilities will include data manipulation and monthly reporting of key metrics, first-contact communication with clients' front office staff, website testing, client training.

· Very sharp, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy

· Excellent customer relationship capabilities via e-mail and phone

· Ability to clearly and effectively train clients on in-house database system

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

Current hands-on Google Ads Search PPC Management experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for monthly reporting duties, including online and offline data manipulation, lead monitoring and search engine data collection

· Primary day-to-day contact with clients' front desk staff

· Train client contacts in effective handling of new prospect leads, including training on in-house lead-tracking system

· Work with team leader to learn Pay Per Click advertising

Compensation and Benefits:

· $19/hour

· Fully vested 401k (with company match of 100% for first 3% and 50% for next 2%) after 1-year
