Responsible for document scanning for Corporate Disbursements department, mail distribution, HOST vendor set-up and other miscellaneous duties.Major Responsibilities:
Scan Corporate Disbursements documents into OnBase
Set up HOST AP vendors
Distribute department mail
Assist Corporate Disbursements colleagues with miscellaneous duties.
Performs other duties as assigned
Practices and adheres to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement.
Education & Experience:
High School Graduate/Equivalent
Required
