The Primary Care Clinician Nurse collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care, focusing on safety, quality, and best practices.

• Responsibilities include coordinating wellness and chronic illness activities for the entire patient population, with success measured by patient satisfaction and quality metrics.
• Acts as a clinical leader through critical thinking and problem solving to achieve positive outcomes.
• Requires an RN license (NM), BLS certification, with at least one year of clinical experience.
• Preferred BSN and strong communication, teaching, and organizational skills.
• Supervises medical assistants, supports staff orientation, and ensures uninterrupted care.
• Works in a demanding environment, handling physical tasks, exposure to biohazards, and irregular hours as needed.
