We are looking for a motivated Model Integration Trainee to assist senior functional and integration teams in supporting procurement system integrations, workflow automation, and basic configuration tasks. This role is ideal for someone beginning their career in system integration, API workflows, procurement platforms, and P2P process understanding.
You will learn how enterprise platforms like Coupa, GEP, or supply chain applications integrate with other systems through APIs and middleware.
Key Responsibilities Integration & Workflow SupportAssist senior consultants in basic integration tasks between procurement platforms and other applications.
Help review data flows, mapping documents, and integration logs.
Support the analysis and troubleshooting of integration errors during testing cycles.
Learn how cXML, APIs, and middleware tools connect procurement systems.
Support simple configuration tasks within procurement platforms under supervision.
Help document business requirements, workflows, and integration steps.
Assist in onboarding suppliers for PO and invoice transmission.
Support functional unit testing and system integration testing activities.
Help prepare test cases, capture results, and document issues.
Assist in UAT coordination with business users.
Maintain updated documentation for integrations, configuration changes, and process flows.
Help research new features or updates in Coupa/GEP platforms.
Assist in creating simple process diagrams or requirement summaries.
Participate in meetings with business, IT, and vendor teams.
Take notes, follow up on tasks, and support coordination for offshore teams.
Learn cross-functional collaboration in procurement and supply chain domains.
Interest in system integration, procurement systems, and P2P processes.
Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or enterprise applications (or willingness to learn).
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Eagerness to work with senior functional and technical consultants.
Exposure to procurement or supply-chain concepts.
Basic understanding of JSON, XML, or cXML.
Familiarity with ERP or procurement platforms.
Knowledge of basic SQL or API concepts.
Experience with documentation tools (Excel, Visio, Confluence, etc.).
How Coupa/GEP integrations work with other enterprise applications.
Fundamentals of P2P workflows (Purchase Requisition PO Invoice).
Basics of cXML, API integrations, and middleware coordination.
How to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues.
How testing cycles work in enterprise system deployments (FUT, SIT, UAT).
Supplier onboarding and procurement data flows.
Best practices in documentation, requirement gathering, and production support
