Job Description

Salary: $53,577 - 53,577 per year Requirements:

• High School diploma with 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Strong technical skills and expertise
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum 6 months of experience in troubleshooting Apple Macintosh software and hardware (preferred)
• Certification in Microsoft Operating Systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with SCCM for remote resolution and software installations (preferred)
• CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred)
• CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
• CompTIA Server+ certification (preferred)
• CompTIA Security+ certification (preferred)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

• Provide support for all onsite IT functions
• Consult and collaborate with support teams, help desks, customers, and technical staff to resolve issues
• Coordinate and perform network/server operations and maintenance activities
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to mitigate them
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide array of hardware and software
• Deliver technical support, systems refresh, software integration, and operational assistance
• Diagnose product failures, order necessary parts, and replace components as required
• Offer onsite training for customer support personnel
• Provide on-call support through the ServiceNow ticketing system
• Work with network services and software developers to restore services and resolve core issues
• Propose modifications to systems to decrease user issues
• Conduct routine system maintenance and hardware configuration tasks
• Install operating system patches and upgrades via SCCM Software Center
• Offer remote support for telecommuting users
• Manage user relocation requests and ensure device encryption
• Handle local on-site cabling and provide support for enterprise groups
• Assist with mobile communication device troubleshooting
• Contribute to asset inventory support and physical inventory tasks
• Process computer equipment for disposal and uphold disposal policies
• Troubleshoot and assist with video conferencing systems and audio/video operations
• Assist in pre/post application releases and analyze support trends
• Perform additional duties as needed
