Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a medical device manufacturer in the Morrisville area recruit Medical Device Quality Inspector to join their team. These are direct hire opportunities working Monday-Friday 6am-3pm.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, deburr, and refine 3D printed metal parts using tweezers, scalpels, and other small hand tools.
• Work under a microscope to ensure fine details meet quality specifications.
• Inspect parts for defects, excess material, or imperfections, and make necessary adjustments.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors about quality issues or improvements.
• Adhere to safety regulations and proper handling of materials, tools and chemical baths.

Requirements:

• Experience with small parts handling, fine motor work, or precision assembly is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using small hand tools such as tweezers, scalpel blades, or fine sanders.
• Must have experience with micrometers and calipers
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.
• Previous experience in metal finishing, jewelry making, watch repair, dental lab work, or similar fields is a plus.
