Job Description

Job Purpose & Scope Monitors and approves media spend; manages the marketing budget; develops data reports, insights and implications; and ensures creative assets are trafficked properly. Essential Job Functions + Develops system for managing budget, invoices and tracking all marketing expenditures. + Creates data-driven reports with necessary information and detail of campaign performance to make recommendations across the brand and all business lines. + Approves all media placements to ensure alignment with Bank OZK's marketing strategy. + Manages third-party vendor expenses for print projects, company apparel/merchandise, events/sponsorships, and other one-time expenses and resolves inconsistencies. + Reviews, uploads and approves all third-party costs/invoices for Marketing within Bank OZK's invoice processing system. + Approves creative assets delivered to media partners and third-party vendors to ensure correct executions prior to initial run dates. + Effectively communicates with internal stakeholders, vendors and partners to ensure all parties receive excellent service and responses in a timely manner. + Audits placed media to ensure accuracy of ad placement and proof of performance. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities + Knowledge of invoice review, processing, and tracking systems. + Knowledge of creative asset management and distribution. + Familiarity with media placements and third-party vendor management. + Ability to review, process and track invoices. + Ability to maintain attention to detail. + Ability to know when to escalate a discrepancy or issue. + Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. + Ability to develop strong partnerships with a diverse group of professionals ranging from creatives to business line managers. + Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to maintain confidentiality. + Ability to demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills in a fluid environment. + Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism. + Skill in data analysis and report creation for marketing campaign performance. + Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Basic Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, analytics, finance, mathematics, business or other job-relevant field, or commensurate work experience, required. + 2+ years' work experience in media, marketing, advertising, analytics, finance or other job-relevant field, required.
