JOB TITLE: Marketing Intern
DEPARTMENT: 6205 – Sales and Marketing
REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager
EXEMPTION STATUS: Non-Exempt

Position Overview
The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in creating and executing campaigns, developing content, and assisting with the company rebrand. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the aerospace and technology sectors while contributing to impactful projects.

Scope of Responsibility
  • Content Creation & Management: Assist in creating and editing marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and product literature.
  • Social Media Management: Help monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities within the aerospace and technology sectors.
  • Event Support: Assist in the organization and promotion of industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Rebrand Support: Help with the administrative side of the company's rebrand, including organizing brand assets, updating internal and external communications, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with brand management and rebranding processes is a plus.
Required Experience and Education
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, etc.) is a plus.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • An interest in the aerospace and technology industries, with a passion for learning about the latest advancements and trends.
