OperationsInc offers a full range of payroll and HRIS technology services including but not limited Outsourced Payroll Administration, Multi-Jurisdictional Payroll Services, Payroll & HRIS Technology Implementations, Payroll & HRIS Technology Vendor Transitions, Payroll Tax Amendments, Payroll Tax Compliance and Registrations, Time and Attendance Implementations and Management, W-2 Reconciliations, and Workflow and Process Design.

We are seeking a Manager, Payroll & HRIS Technology Services to join our team.  As part of our management team, the resource we are seeking will play a key role in strategizing our business improvement processes as well as helping manage the payroll & HRIS technology client relationships.  Additionally, this leader will be responsible for direct reports, offering administrative and subject matter expert support to the consultants on our team as well as serve as an escalation point for our clients. The role also includes responsibility for direct project work and support to clients.

The job duties of our consultants include identifying the client’s business needs, actively providing best practices, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven Leadership experience managing dynamic and diverse teams.

Willingness to partner with Payroll & HRIS Technology Management and OperationsInc Leadership on various initiatives.

Ability to review, respond, and resolve client issues related to billing, budget, work product, timeline, and other inquiries.

Ability to provide strategic insight for payroll-related initiatives and projects.

Ability to streamline processes and optimize system functionality.

Employee focused with an emphasis on individual and team development.

Critical thinking skills that allow for creative process improvement initiatives.

Preferred experience with any major payroll/HRIS platform (e.g. ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, Rippling, UKG, or Workday or in-house system.)

Client focused with the ability to accurately and timely deliver quality solutions.

Project management experience with a focus on quality results and effective communication.

Ability to work and manage in a virtual team environment or autonomously completing tasks accurately and efficiently, and work in unison with other consultants on larger projects.

Salary:

Salary range $95,000-$110,000
