✅ Work from blueprints, sketches, and sample parts to complete custom machining projects.
✅ Set up and run Haas CNC and Quickmill machines as well as manual lathes and mills.
✅ Program and edit at the machine, selecting the right tooling, speeds, and feeds for optimal performance.
✅ Ensure precision and quality in machining by setting up jobs for yourself and other operators .
✅ Participate in a comprehensive interview process , including a written test, personal interview, and a hands-on machining test.
✅ Minimum 5 years of machining experience in a custom job shop environment.
✅ Strong understanding of metal removal principles and precision machining techniques.
✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints with a high level of accuracy.
✅ Experience programming and editing at the machine. Quickmill experience is a plus!
✅ Capability to operate and program manual lathes, CNC lathes, and CNC mills .
✅ Must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
$30.00 – $40.00 per hour (Based on experience)
