The LPN provides nursing care to patients in an acute intensive rehabilitation unit, adhering to hospital policies and standards. The role requires maintaining medication knowledge and effective communication with patients and their families.
The LPN provides care to patients in accordance with their developmental needs, following the standards of the Department of Nursing and in accordance with hospital policy and procedure.
