We are Canteen._** **Job Summary:** As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will lead administration of the Loss Prevention program and training for the Texas Division to reduce losses, drive sales, and a shrink-focused culture. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Become a champion of the loss prevention culture with a focus on deterrence, training, improving margin, and accountability - Become a One Market expert and any other reporting system internally used - Own operational execution of the loss prevention program and LP metrics - Must have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to navigate loss prevention related conversations with internal and external clients - Owns shrinkage awareness and shrinkage reduction strategies communication to local teams - Ability to review video footage for extended periods of time with strict attention to detail - Ability to gather, analyze, compile and report multiple incidents - Must be accountable, detail oriented, decisive, and have a passion for loss prevention - Strong excel skills required - Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. **Mathematical Skills:** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. **Reasoning Ability:** Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to review video footage and pay close attention to detail with extreme focus on finding discrepancies. **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
