Actual Homecare, LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Live-In Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time live-in role offering a high daily rate, where you will provide essential care to our clients and assist them with daily activities while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, hands-on care according to the specific needs of the client
- Assist with daily living activities, fostering client independence where possible
- Monitor and record clients' health status where needed, reporting any significant changes to supervisors
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for clients
- Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
- Keep detailed and accurate records of care and services provided
Requirements:
- Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification from an accredited program
- Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
- Ability to work live-in with flexibility in scheduling
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
