• Daily Rate: $235 - $270 (based on experience and client)

Job Overview: Actual Homecare, LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Live-In Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time live-in role offering a high daily rate, where you will provide essential care to our clients and assist them with daily activities while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. • Provide direct, hands-on care according to the specific needs of the client
• Assist with daily living activities, fostering client independence where possible
• Monitor and record clients' health status where needed, reporting any significant changes to supervisors
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for clients
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
• Keep detailed and accurate records of care and services provided

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification from an accredited program
• Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
• Ability to work live-in with flexibility in scheduling
• Clear background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
