Daily Rate: $235 - $270 (based on experience and client)

Job Overview: Actual Homecare, LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Live-In Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time live-in role offering a high daily rate, where you will provide essential care to our clients and assist them with daily activities while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This role is perfect for caregivers looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others while enjoying competitive compensation and career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, hands-on care according to the specific needs of the client
Assist with daily living activities, fostering client independence where possible
Monitor and record clients' health status where needed, reporting any significant changes to supervisors
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for clients
Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage clients in meaningful activities
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
Keep detailed and accurate records of care and services provided

Requirements:

Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification from an accredited program
Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
Ability to work live-in with flexibility in scheduling
Clear background check and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
