We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge to join our team and be the welcoming face of our dealership. Position Summary: As a Concierge, you will play a key role in creating a memorable customer experience. From the first greeting to post visit follow-ups, you’ll ensure every guest feels valued and satisfied. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes the initiative to enhance our customer satisfaction and loyalty. Being so effective that you are able to be helpful to others is a key pillar of our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly, courteously, and professionally upon arrival.
• Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Follow up with sales and service customers to ensure their experience met or exceeded expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customers’ experience and promote long-term relationships to boost customer retention.
• Support dealership operations as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
